Career Fair

The 12th Annual Lubar School of Business Career Fair will be held on Thursday, February 23rd from 1:00pm-4:30 pm in Lubar Hall. In 2011, over 50 employers attended and recruited Lubar students for internships and job opportunities.

How Should I Prepare for the Career Fair?

  • Have your resume reviewed by a Career Advisor to ensure you are selling yourself appropriately.
  • Bring several copies of your resume in a professional folder to the event.
  • Research the companies that you have an interest in talking with prior to the fair.
  • Develop your introduction to employers to help you stand out from the crowd.
  • Generate questions you would ask recruiters regarding their company, internship or full-time opportunities.
  • Dressing professionally is strongly recommended.
