Lawrence Ferlinghetti

Lawrence Ferlinghetti, pictured below, visited the Center and gave a reading and open discussion in the UWM Union Wisconsin Room. Mr Ferlinghetti is a prolific poet and artist and is well known for being the co-owner of the City Lights Bookstore and publishing house which published early works of the Beat Generation.
