The registration fee of $95.00 includes cost of the conference registration, handouts, refreshments, lunches, and conference dinner. Refunds and Cancellations

Program fee is refunded if written withdrawal notice is received seven days before the program. However, a $65 cancellation fee will be charged. Full fee is charged if registration is not cancelled by April 17, 2008. Substitutions can be made at anytime.
