Commercial Districts
- Riverworks Commercial District
A base map and master planning for the three lots owned by MATC just north and east of WTMJ off of Capitol Drive known as the “Blue Hole.” Prepared a mixed-use design and landscape plan and provided suggestions for increasing access to and through that area.
- City of Milwaukee, DCD, Façade Grant Program
Worked with City and businesses in these areas on streetscape, open space and façade improvements:
- North & Fondy intersection streetscape Initiative
- Atkinson, Teutonia and Chambers, triangle re-design
- Vliet Street streetscape and facades
- Mid-Town Revitalization for Capitol Drive from 51st Street to 60th Street; Fond du Lac/ Capitol/ 51st Street Intersection and Fond du Lac/Congress/60th Street Intersection
- Holton Street Bike Trail and Streetscape
Re-design of Holton Ave., Reservoir to Center: bike lanes, streetscape, traffic calming
- Layton Blvd West Neighborhood
14 façade suggestions and small park re-design, S. 27th to S. 35th Sts, Lincoln Blvd.
- Lincoln Village
Approx. 16th to 27th on Lincoln Ave propose façade redesign for certain properties in area.
Lincoln Ave between 6th and 16th St., did representative streetscape.
- Cambridge to Oakland and Oakland Ave. intersection

- West North Avenue Revitalization Project
Streetscape & façade improvement for West North Avenue, 32nd to 39th St.
- Havenwoods Business District
Streetscapes and facades in Silver Spring area 60th-64th Street, town center and Mill Road

Commercial redevelopment plan for Linwood to Kenilworth along Oakland Ave.
- Mitchell Park Plaza(27th Street and National Ave)
Exterior improvements to the strip mall & streetscape improvements to spark business reinvestment in area

- Walnut Way Neighborhood
Orchard and Urban gardens extension of existing gardens, market building
- UWM Grounds
Chapman Hall Landscaping Project. Landscape Design for the wooded area between Chapman Hall & Sandburg Hall East Tower
- LBWN Rain Garden
Designed and assisted in directing plantings for a small rain garden/parking area behind a store with frontage on a busy commercial corner.
- Glacier Hills Nature Center
Renderings of a nature center/wildlife refuge on a designated site in Glacier Hills Park.
- Story Hill
Developed single family housing options for 21/2 acre greenhouse property
- Norris Park
Provided a detailed master plan for park
- WhitefishBay Community Center
Renovation ideas for an existing warming house to become a community center.
- Willard Community Settler’s Park

Work on walkability and appearance of intersection of 43rd, Forest Home and Oklahoma
- North King Drive Project
Redesign of existing building into apartment units, drawings for single and attached housing on empty plots N. 2nd & 5th Streets
- Howell Street landscape project
Recommended landscape improvements to the street edge between airport and the buildings along Howell.
- Revival of Keefe in Harambee neighborhood
Housing in-fill, business and housing facade improvements for Palmer to N 2nd St.
- Metcalfe Park
Housing and streetscape recommendations for two-block area to serve as model Facade improvements to nine housing units on 35th Street between Meineke and Wright
- Walnut Way Conservation Corporation/ Fond du Lac and Wells Street Neighborhood
Provided detailed evaluation of façade conditions for each property in two block area and design ideas for a community center to serve as model for whole neighborhood.

Detailed rendering of possible design of exterior of center and simple layout of interior

Detail of interior of renovation of Sholes Middle School, S. 20th St. into a charter high school devoted to visual literacy
- UWM Campus of the future
Poster and video Exhibit of visions for the future of the UWM campus
- UW- Oshkosh Living, Learning Serving Center
Renderings of a vision for a Center that would unite the academic and City communities
- Westowne Neighbors, Waukesha
Two prototypes were created of small houses for seniors to be built on underutilized land, so that they could stay in the neighborhood if they needed to downsize.
- Peace Museum
Develop renderings of one person’s concept for an American Freedom Museum attached to the Milwaukee Art Museum
- Sixth Street Viaduct roundabout
Ideas for a catalytic completion to Sixth Street Viaduct on south end of bridge
- Village of Rockdale
Redevelop Rockdale Mill site as a trailhead to the Cam-Rock Park System- incorporating historical artifacts the remember the Mill
- New Restoration Ministries Church
Plans were created to turn n existing warehouse bldg in NW Milwaukee into a Sanctanasium

- Riverside University High School
Provided design ideas for re-design of the commons and school façade

Recommended space renovation on second floor for offices of LAND
- Malcolm X Boarding School
Renderings of a boarding school & a youth center for the Malcolm X Academy on Center St.
