UWM Names New CEAS Dean
Michael R. Lovell has been named dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). He will begin August 1.
Lovell, who is the associate dean for research and a professor of industrial and bioengineering the University of Pittsburgh, is a highly productive researcher in the engineering field of tribology (the study of friction and the motion of interacting surfaces).
