The College of Engineering and Applied Science uses PantherJobs (formerly
known as eRecruiting) as its preferred method of connecting students and
companies. PantherJobs is a web-based system for referring resumes to requesting
employers and for scheduling on-campus interviews. PantherJobs has significant
advantages for everyone involved in the recruiting process.
- 24 hour availability
- accessible anywhere
- up-to-date information
Getting your company established on PantherJobs is simple. When you initially
call the office, you will be asked to provide some basic information about
your organization. A PantherJobs account will then be established for
you and further information on how to receive and access student resumes
will be sent by email.
Once an account for your company has been opened and your positions are
posted, you will begin to receive resumes of interested students based
on the selection criteria you identified. Upon receiving your access information
from UWM, it is requested that you login to the account and add additional
information about the company. This should include at least the company's
website and a brief overview of the company.
Employers who have access to PantherJobs can view resumes of students
