Highlighted by an accomplished international faculty with widely published basic and applied research, graduate studies in Civil Engineering offers opportunities in focused course work within four specialty areas: Environmental Engineering and Water Resources, Geotechnical Engineering; Structural and Bridge Engineering; Transportation and Municipal Engineering. Opportunities exist for professional employment with industry, utilities, consulting firms, contractors, and local, state, and federal government agencies. Research assistantships, teaching assistantships, and graduate intern positions are also available. Graduate students can also apply for Graduate School Fellowships
