Outstanding Student Award Nomination Form
The college has established awards specifically designed to recognize outstanding student achievements for each graduating class. At this time nominations for undergraduate and graduate students graduating in December 2011 are being accepted.
Please complete the following fields. Note: All fields must be completed in order for the nomination to be complete.
- Nominations are due Friday, December 9, 2011.
- Recipients will be recognized at the Order of the Engineer ceremony on Saturday, December 17, 2011.
