Lisa Heuler Williams is a policy analyst at the Center. She received her B.A. from UW-Madison and an M.A. in International Development from The American University. Her work at the Center focuses on economic development of disadvantaged areas. Lisa has expertise in social and economic data research and in economic impact analysis. She coordinates a program for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (MIED Fellows Program) which partners with non-profit organizations in the central city of Milwaukee. She has a special interest in working with community-based economic development organizations.
