Lisa Heuler Williams is a policy analyst at the Center. She received her B.A. from UW-Madison and an M.A. in International Development from The American University. Her work at the Center focuses on Sectoral targetting, transportation and welfare reform. She has a special interest in working with community-based economic development organizations.
