Scholarships provide additional financial support for many students. With a scholarship award, hours claimed by outside employment may be reduced, freeing time for the working student to strive for that high grade point average.
Although each scholarship has an individual application, they all require similar information. It's well worth your time to apply for a scholarship because information collected for one application may be used again for subsequent applications.
As a CHS student, you have many scholarship opportunities. CHS typically awards about $50,000 per year in scholarships to our own students. That's in addition to other scholarships available through UWM's Financial Aid Office.
