Interests & Expertise
Dawn Hennes has an interest in the role and responsibilities of speech language pathologists in the education environments. She has developed several courses related to this area: Professional Portfolio Development, Supervision of the Speech/language Student Clinician in the Education Environment and Speech/Language services in the Medical and Education Environments. Mrs. Hennes’ responsibilities include supporting students during their education externships experiences and development of professional portfolios. Mrs. Hennes also guides the students toward Department of Public Instruction Licensure so they can seek speech/language careers in an educational environment.
