Interests & Expertise

Professor Oles-Fairchild’s interests lie within the many dimensions of health, fitness, and wellness including, but not limited to, adherence, motivation, behavior change, program development, and professional application. She has experience in several areas of practice such as wellness coordination, personal program design, promotional program development, recreation organization, group fitness, special populations, and one-on-one consultation, amongst others. Infusing her experience and knowledge into her teaching helps Professor Oles-Fairchild achieve her goal of creating a varied and rich appreciation of Kinesiology for her students.
