Scholarships are a great way to provide additional financial support for eligible students. As a College of Health Sciences (CHS) student, you have many scholarship opportunities available. CHS typically awards more than $40,000 per year in scholarships to our own students. These awards are in addition to scholarships available through UWM’s Financial Aid Office.
All scholarships require that you submit the application form, student statement, letter of recommendation and resume (For information on resume writing visit the Career Development Center's website at uwm.edu/cdc/documents/upload/CDC_Resume_Writing_Guide.pdf). If you are claiming financial need, you will also need to submit last year’s FAFSA Score. Some scholarships require that you submit information in addition to these things (e.g., transcripts, essay, etc.). Please carefully read all information about the scholarship(s) for which you are applying. For more information, email or call the scholarship contact.

| Eligibility Requirements | Undergraduate status, minimum 2.75 UWM GPA, demonstrated financial need and volunteer service. Undergraduates must have a minimum of 30 UWM-graded credits by the end of fall semester 2012, have Junior or Senior standing and be admitted to a CHS major (students with pre-major classifications are not eligible.) |
