Katherine Bliss
Senior Fellow, CSIS Global Health Policy

Katherine E. Bliss is a deputy director and senior fellow of the Americas Program, and senior fellow of the Global Health Policy Center at Center for Strategic and International Studies. Before joining the Americas Program, she was a foreign affairs officer at the U.S. Department of State, where she focused on global health and the Western Hemisphere in the Bureau of Oceans,
Environment, and Science and received the Superior Honor Award for her work.
