Great Decisions - Personages and Policy: How Special Envoys are Shaping Diplomacy

A frank discussion of the role special envoys play in diplomacy today, provided by an internationally known diplomat who served as a US Ambassador and UN representative in conflict zones like Iraq, Croatia, East Timor and Afghanistan.

The End of Iraq: How American Incompetence Created a War Without End and Unintended Consequences: How War in Iraq Strengthened America's Enemies.
