Senior Fellow, Council on Foreign Relations
During the 1990's, Lee A. Feinstein served as a Senior Fellow, Deputy Director of Studies, and Executive Director of the Task Force on the United Nations at the Council on Foreign Relations. His expertise includes foreign policy, weapons of mass destruction and international law. Recently, he published A Duty to Prevent," an article on the international community's responsibility to prevent nuclear proliferation. He recently served as an expert on the congressionally-mandated Task Force on the United Nations, co-chaired by Speaker Newt Gingrich and Senator George Mitchell.
