Certificate of Professional Development in Teaching & Learning

The Basic Certificate of Professional Development in Teaching and Learning is designed to encourage all faculty and teaching academic staff to pursue a well-articulated professional development plan in teaching and learning. It signals their ongoing commitment to the enhancement of knowledge, skills and abilities that lead to student academic success. The Basic Certificate is not intended to evaluate or certify teaching ability; rather it is a structured pathway for pursuing professional development in teaching and learning that combines individual study with interdisciplinary dialogue and professional feedback.
