CIPR welcomes Dr. Nadine Kozak as the 2011-2012 Information Policy postdoctoral fellow. Dr. Kozak is an interdisciplinary scholar who recently earned her Ph.D. in Communication and Science Studies from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Kozak's research explores government projects and public-private partnerships created with the intent to expand broadband services to unserved and underserved communities.
