Community Need Assessments

Many organizations require a community needs assessment to measure the extent of assets, needs, and challenges facing neighborhoods and communities. Assets and needs may be assessed through methodologies that include survey research, focus groups and document analysis. Community needs assessments are often performed to report the strategic planning efforts of public agencies and nonprofit organizations.
