Tobacco Surveillance and Evaluation Research

CUIR collaborates with the Wisconsin Division of Public Health's Wisconsin's Tobacco Prevention and Control Program to:

  • Monitor progress of Wisconsin tobacco prevention and control efforts in order to estimate the overall burden of tobacco in Wisconsin.
  • Conduct evaluations of tobacco-related programs, policies and activities in order to evaluate progress toward meeting specified objectives and overall Wisconsin Tobacco Prevention and Control Program goals.
