Besides working in the FYC I also work in Chapman Hall. I love playing volleyball and speedball. I enjoy long walks, reading, and hanging out with friends. My favorite animal is a panda because it is cuddly and furious. I love word games and jokes. I am partial to wit and smart remarks, made at the proper time. I often try to break the ice or calm people down using humor. I LOVE TO TALK! But I am a pretty good listener too!

My hometown is Milwaukee; I live here with my husband. My parents are from Jefferson, WI. I am involved with CRU, Campus Crusade for Christ. They are a Christian group that gets together once a week, worships with a praise band, and listens to a spiritual message. They also sponsor retreats and fun days throughout the year. I love volleyball, dancing, singing, and watching movies. My favorite food is popcorn because it's delicious. My favorite color is purple just because it's awesome. I like almost all types of music. I am also a big fan of herbal tea because it helps me relax. My husband wanted me to add that I'm crazy because I'll be in school for so long and I like it; also that I'm a good cook.

Major: History; Honors College
Year in School: Sophomore
High School Attended: Greenfield High School

I was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I lived in the residence halls of Western Michigan University, where my mom was a residence hall director, until I was seven. My family moved to Greenfield, Wisconsin when I was eleven and that is where I live now. I lived in the Sandburg Residence Halls my freshmen year and was a representative for the Student Housing Activities Council. This year I will be living in East Tower… yay! I worked this past summer as a Campus Ambassador and couldn’t have enjoyed myself more.

I’m a huge sports fan! Tennis, baseball, soccer -- you name it and I will probably watch it. My favorite color is orange. Reading rocks! I have an obsession with TV and movies. I also love all the normal girlie things like shopping and painting my nails. I really like going to museums and the theatre. One of my biggest goals right now is to study abroad in Scotland. Really I would study abroad just about anywhere because I love to travel. I love to be involved and I especially love to go to the awesome events we have on campus… you should all come join me!
