Fundamentals of Innovation, Change and Technolgy Transfer
This information was originally developed by Robert Schmitt, Edward Beimborn and Mary Mulroy at the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the 1980s as part of a project to improve technolgy transfer in
highway maintenance. It was soon found out that the principles and concepts identified has
application in a wide variety of fields. The information has been divided into
