To Access the 'digitalFDM', you need a Wisconsin self registered ID. To do this

go to:

 

 http://on.wisconsin.gov

to create your own ID  (read directions carefully  it is a 2 step process). 

 

Then access the FDM at

http://trust.dot.state.wi.us/extntgtwy/fdm/

 

using your new ID.
