Location: Departure to job shadow site from UWM Union half circle driveway on Kenwood at 8:30 am sharp!

The Shadow a Panther program provides UWM students an opportunity to spend a half day with a UWM alum in a career field or company of interest. NOTE: PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE JOB SHADOW PER STUDENT. If you register for more than one shadow, we will contact you to be removed from one of your registrations.
In this visit, you will shadow Ann-Elise Henzl, Senior Broadcast Specialist (news reporter/producer), 89.7FM WUWM Milwaukee Public Radio.
At this job shadow you will have the chance to: Attend morning news meeting, tour the radio station, and get an overview of on-air studio and job duties. Possible tag-along to news conference or interview, depending on the day's news developments.
Best for students interested in: News, Media, Reporting, Writing: Most applicable to students who are interested in news and up to date on news developments and/or politics in the community
IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS DUE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27:
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email to your PantherLink email account with further participation requirements that include:
--Writing a STATEMENT OF INTENT;
--Completing a SHADOW A PANTHER PREPARATION SURVEY;
--Signing a PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WAIVER at the Career Development Center.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27 WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM AND YOUR SPOT GIVEN TO A STUDENT ON A WAITING LIST.
