This session concentrates on "branding" and differentiating your service from competitive products. (i) The four Ps of Marketing: product, place, promotion, and price. (ii) The importance of branding. Specific strategies will be discussed that people in various departments can use including the ten commandments of good copywriting and 4 inexpensive marketing tactics that work.
