Pick up your entry form along with your registration materials and get your camera or smart phone ready! The top two family teams will win great prizes, including UWM Bookstore merchandise and free Family Weekend registration for 2013 and 2014!

All About Milwaukee Coffee Chat
Enjoy a cup of Joe, meet students from the Neighborhood Housing Office to learn more about off-campus living options and grab visitors’ guides, maps, magazines, and self-guided tour information.

10:30AM – 11:45AM

Brunch with University Leaders
Hear from Chancellor Michael R. Lovell and other university leaders and enjoy a full breakfast buffet and omelette station.

Student and Sibling Breakfast
While the parents are upstairs, students and their younger siblings can enjoy a pancake breakfast, play games and design their own t-shirts!

**Button - Making Madness
Show off your creative side and design your own buttons and magnets! Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an  adult to participate in this activity.

Behind the Scenes Campus Walking Tours (weather permitting)
Get a guided tour of the UWM campus and an insider’s look at the campus rain gardens, Athletics Offices and locker rooms, Chancellor’s Office, and the American Geographical Society Library collection.

Galaxies Galore
Galaxies are some of the most beautiful astronomical objects in the cosmos: dramatic and colorful.  Learn more about these legions of stars held together by gravity including our own galaxy. A portion of the show is dedicated to viewing stars projected on the dome.

The Manfred Olson Planetarium: 1900 East Kenwood Blvd (Physics Bldg)

1PM – 2PM

“What’s Op” Exhibit
Drawing from the UWM Art Collection, What’s Op? showcases artwork by some of the movement’s key artists: Victor Vasarely, Bridget Riley, Richard Anuszkiewicz, Yaacov Agam and others, and reveals the diversity of styles used to create optically agitated images.

The Northern Lights
Marvel at the beauty of aurora from different parts of the world.  Learn how this nature's light show happens. Half the live program will involve learning about fall constellations projected on our dome.

2PM – 5:30PM (every 30 minutes)

Neighborhood Trolley Tours
Get a close up view of the vibrant neighborhoods surrounding the UWM campus. Tours leave every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour.

University Housing Meet and Greet
Enjoy some refreshments, activities, and meet University Housing staff and other families.

Enjoy some delicious Asian cuisine and get ready to compete against other families in a spirited game of trivia. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams!

Despicable Me 2and Minion Giveaway
The Sandburg Flicks Movie Program, sponsored by University Housing, will host the summer blockbuster Despicable Me 2 starring Gru and his adorable minions. Get there early (6:30PM or 9:00PM) to enter into a drawing to win your very own cuddly stuffed animal minion! Drawings will occur during the movie and winners must be present to claim prize.

ComedySportz is an all Improv, all suggestion-based comedy show, fun for all ages.

Late registration (October 5 - October 13):
$28 participant/$20 UWM students

Registration fee includes shirt, refreshments & entertainment. Proceeds from the Panther Prowl benefit UWM scholarship programs.
