| August 27, 2009 | Bursar's Office will begin to mail excess cash checks |
| November 1, 2009 | Approximate date to begin review for UWinteriM aid eligibility for those enrolled in three UWinteriM credits. See special Academic Terms section of our website for details. |
| December 1, 2009 | Last day to apply for fall only financial aid. If you will not return for the spring semester, you must submit the FAFSA by this date to receive consideration. |
| December 23, 2009 | Last day a FFEL (Federal Family Education Loan) can be offered for fall only attendance or fall only loan period. If you won't or can't return for the spring semester, this is the last day that a loan can be offered and/or certified. |
| December 23, 2009 | Last day fall aid can be awarded to a student that will not be enrolled spring semester |
| December 23, 2009 | Approximate date to disburse UWinteriM financial aid |
| January 1, 2010 | Apply for financial aid for 2010-2011 |
| January 15, 2010 | Begin Disbursing Financial Aid for Spring 2010 |
| March 1, 2010 | Financial Aid Priority Filing Date for 2010-2011 |
| May 1, 2010 | Begin awarding summer aid based on receipt of 2009-2010 FAFSA and at least half-time enrollment. |
| May 1, 2010 | Last day to apply for fall/spring and spring only financial aid |
| May 22, 2010 | Last day a FFEL (Federal Family Educational Loan) can be accepted (certified) for spring semester |
| May 22, 2010 | Last day spring aid can be awarded. |
| May 24, 2010 | Begin Disbursing Summer Financial Aid |
| June 30, 2010 | Last day to disburse most 2009-2010 financial aid funds |
