| August 23, 2008 | Begin Disbursing Financial Aid for Fall 2008 |
| August 28, 2008 | Bursar's Office will begin to mail excess cash checks |
| November 1, 2008 | Approximate date UWinteriM Financial Aid Applications will be available |
| December 1, 2008 | Last day to apply for fall only financial aid. If you will not return for the spring semester, you must submit the FAFSA by this date to receive consideration. |
| December 19, 2008 | Last day a FFEL (Federal Family Education Loan) can be offered for fall only attendance or fall only loan period. If you won't or can't return for the spring semester, this is the last day that a loan can be offered. |
| December 19, 2008 | Last day fall aid can be awarded to a student that will not be enrolled spring semester |
| December 22, 2008 | Approximate date to disburse UWinteriM financial aid |
| January 1, 2009 | Apply for financial aid for 2009-2010 |
| January 16, 2009 | Begin Disbursing Financial Aid for Spring |
| March 1, 2009 | Financial Aid Priority Filing Date for 2009-2010 |
| March 15, 2009 | Summer Supplements available on Financial Aid website |
| April 20, 2009 | Financial Aid Priority Filing Date for Summer 2009 |
| May 1, 2009 | Last day to apply for spring only financial aid |
| May 11, 2009 | Last day a FFEL (Federal Family Educational Loan) can be offered for spring semester |
| May 18, 2009 | Begin Disbursing Summer Financial Aid |
| May 29, 2009 | Summer Financial Aid Deadline |
| June 30, 2009 | Last day to disburse most 2008-2009 financial aid funds |
