Enter your parents’ current value of cash, savings, and checking accounts, investments, real estate (not the home in which your parents
live), and any non-family businesses or investment farms with 100 or more employees.
Enter all your money received from salary, wages, tips, interest from savings and checking accounts, dividends and capital gains,
and other benefits such as welfare, disability, child support, or social security pensions.
Enter your federal income tax for 2011 located on IRS Form 1040 – line 55; 1040A – line 35; or 1040 EZ – line 11.
