Enter your parents’ federal income tax for 2011 located on IRS Form 1040 – line 55; 1040A – line 35; or 1040 EZ – line 11.

Enter your parents’ current value of cash, savings, and checking accounts, investments, real estate (not the home in which your parents live), and any non-family businesses or investment farms with 100 or more employees.
