Scholarships
Scholarships are a type of gift aid awarded to students on the basis of academic merit or other criteria such as talent, leadership, community involvement, and financial need. They do not have to be repaid as long as the enrollment period is completed.
“This scholarship has helped my family and me to be able to afford an outstanding education at an outstanding university like UW-Milwaukee. I do not have to worry as much about how to pay for my education and therefore I can focus on preparing for my future career and take advantage of the many opportunities here on campus.”
