Ellen Lafouge has been with the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare since 1986. She is the School's web site developer and administrator, as well as the designer for visual communication and print media.

She has helped manage several long-term federally funded grants during her tenure at UWM, including projects for the National Institute on Aging and the United States Department of Justice. Ms. Lafouge also served as the program assistant for the UWM Department of Criminal Justice from 1994-2001.
