Professor Peggy Maillet (Ph.D., Louisiana State University, 2002), joined the faculty in the Department of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the Fall of 2004. She received her M.S.W. from Tulane University in 1991 and her Ph. D. in Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2002.

Dr. Maillet has direct practice experience with children, adolescents and adults in outpatient and inpatient mental health settings. Her current interests are social work in mental health and the impact of infertility on the marital relationship.

Dr. Maillet is currently teaching Introduction to Social Welfare and Social Work Methods 1.
