Deborah Padgett (Ph.D., Washington University - St. Louis, 1991) joined the faculty in 1991. Her primary teaching interests are in the areas of administration, management, and groupwork, with research interests in leadership and management, the balancing of family and work responsibilities, and women's issues.

Professor Padgett has clinical experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings and management experience in community mental health.
