Master's Thesis Option

Students have the option to write a thesis in his or her area of concentration.

Students pursuing this option must complete 3 credits of approved research and graduate-level statistics courses, then must pass an oral exam in defense of the essay.

This option is strongly encouraged for students planning to go into doctoral programs.
