A minimum of 120 credits are required for graduation; 78 credits in liberal arts studies and 42 credits in social work.
In social work courses, students study human behavior, social environment, social work methods, social welfare research and cultural diversity. Fieldwork education begins in the junior year. Students must maintain a B average in both methods and fieldwork courses in order to graduate.
