Shannon M. Byrne Irwin earned her Master of Science in Education degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington and her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Environmental Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Shannon actively works to recruit incoming students to the Honors College as well as advising current students within the Honors College. Prior to coming to UW-Milwaukee, Shannon worked as a First Year Advisor at Lakeland College and as a Residence Hall Director at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
