Honors College Student Association (HCSA)

HCSA officers for the 2012-2013 academic year:

The Honors College Student Association is the official student group for Honors College students. The HCSA offers an opportunity to become involved with the Honors College, UWM, and the Milwaukee community through organizational, volunteer, and social activities.

The HCSA has bi-weekly meetings that are open to all Honors students. Attending these meetings is the best way to give your input to the Honors College. The HCSA provides all Honors students with a forum to have their voice, opinions, and ideas heard. The HCSA provides the opportunity to get involved with a great student organization, to gain leadership experience, and to help make decisions that affect all Honors students. Below is a list of all of our meeting dates for the Fall 2012 semester.

Meeting Schedule

Meetings are held every other Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 in the Honors College Student Center room 105. The first meeting of the semester will be held January 30th.

Upcoming HC/HCSA Events

September 12 – Pizza party in the Honors Student Center!
The free food and fun starts at 4:00 p.m. in the Honors House, so grab an Honors College buddy, or stop by and meet one!
September 15-16 – Student Leadership Retreat
Enjoy beautiful grounds of Camp Minikani while honing you leadership skills. Go to www.volunteer.uwm.edu for more information.
October 26-27 – UWM Open House
Volunteer at the Honors booth, or simply stop by and check it out.
November-December – Volunteering/Charity Drive
Stay tuned for details!
December – Honors College Holiday Open House
Join your fellow Honors students and faculty in the Honors House for food, beverages, and holiday cheer.
