Contract Change Form
The Contract Change Form is what you will use to change any of your housing preferences after your University Housing Contract has been submitted. Click here for the form, and submit it to the University Housing Office.
Completed Contracts Due ASAP!
The original priority deadline to complete your contract was April 30, 2012. But if you missed that deadline, don't worry - we continue to accept contracts and make assignments.
If you missed the April 30 deadline, you should still complete your contract as soon as possible. We make assignments for next year based on a random lottery system. Students who complete their contracts on May 1 or after will not be part of the first lottery or group of assignments, but can make sure they are part of the second lottery.
If you are a new freshman who has been admitted on or before April 16th for Fall 2012, access has been granted for your online University Housing contract. To access your online contract login to your “MyHousing” account. Contract access is live for 60 days. For information related to the UWM Residency Requirement, please click here.
Transfer, off campus and continuing student contract access is continuously being released. If you are unsure if you have access you can check by logging into your “MyHousing” account.
If your access has expired please contact us at 414.229.4065 or university-housing@uwm.edu to request a 30 day extension. Please provide your name and UWM ID number when calling or emailing.

Our list of available LLCs for 2012-2013 has been updated! Please visit www.uwm.edu/livinglearning/choices to learn about what communities will be offered in 2012-2013. Living Learning Communities are a great way for residents to connect with other students who have similar interests. Students in LLCs live in the same area of their residence hall, and take a common class that is offered in that residence hall. LLCs work closely with faculty and student leaders to create opportunities to enhance their learning with hands-on activities outside the classroom.Mission Statement
UWM University Housing is committed to enhancing community members’ cultural understanding, leadership skills, academic success, social connections, and social responsibility by creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living learning environments that inspire growth and development.
