Kenilworth Square ApartmentsKenilworth Square Apartments from the street


Eligible students may apply for a Kenilworth Square Apartments contract at any time by filling out the online application. All Kenilworth contracts are one year in length, beginning on September 1. Students interested in mid-year contracts can contact our office to inquire about availability.

Contracts will be released starting in mid-April. If you apply after April 15th, you should receive your contract within two weeks of submitting your application. You are not guaranteed a space in Kenilworth until you submit the contract and housing deposit.
