Your University Housing Contract

When you submit your contract you're not just choosing your room preferences and a meal plan. You're also agreeing to the terms and conditions in the University Housing Residence Hall Contract. Be sure to read this contract, as it includes important information regarding:

• Dates of entry and exit
• Cancellation and termination fees

Lost Contract?

If you lose the signature page of your contract, contact the University Housing office at 414-229-4065 on the next business day. If you contact us before the deadline on your contract, we will mail you another signature page. If you contact us after the due date on your contract, the decision to issue another signature page will be at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Business & Contracts.
