University Housing Parking Rates

Each building in University Housing has a parking garage and its own process for requesting a permit. You cannot request a permit until you receive your room assignment.

 

Kenilworth

Parking is availble for many Kenilworth residents. The cost for a permit is $100 per month. To request a parking permit, complete the online Parking Permit Request.

If you currently have a parking permit and would like to cancel it, submit a completed Parking Termination Form to your building's Service Desk.

 

Cambridge Commons

There are a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for residents in Cambridge Commons. The cost for a permit is $500 per semester. To request a parking permit, complete the online Parking Permit Request.

 

If you currently have a parking permit and would like to cancel it, submit a completed Parking Termination Form to your building's Service Desk.

Purin

There is very limited parking available for Purin residents at a cost of $500 per semester. To request a parking permit, complete the online Parking Permit Request.

Riverview

There are a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for residents in RiverView. The cost for a permit is $500 per semester. To request a parking permit, complete the online Parking Permit Request.

Sandburg

UWM Parking and Transit manages the Sandburg Halls parking garage. Permits are available at a cost of $500 per semester on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only a limited number of first-year students will receive parking. Contract Parking & Transit at (414) 229-4000 for more information.

Daily permits can be purchased for the Sandburg Halls parking garage from the Sandburg Service Desk at a cost of $9.00.
