General Description
The Graduate Assistant for Security, Safety, and AODA Initiatives position is a ten-month, live-in position that reports to a Residential Program Manager and is responsible for the oversight of a specific area within University Housing. This includes either: the coordination of University Housing’s safety and security efforts (with special emphasis on alcohol and drug aversion programs). The University Housing Staffing and Training Graduate Assistant is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of general recruitment and training for Residential Programs Student Staff, facilitating departmental training efforts, and participating in the on-call rotation.
