Student Employment
University Housing hires hundreds of students each year in a variety of positions. To be eligible for a student staff position, you must be enrolled at UWM at least part-time during each semester of your employment. Employees may work in the summer if they will be enrolled at least part time at UWM during the fall semester. For most positions, preference is given to current or former University Housing residents. However, all students are encouraged to apply for all positions in the department.
University Housing reserves the right to check the resident behavior files for current or former University Housing residents. Please refer to the "commons sanctions" section in the Rules and Regulations tab of the Resident Handbook for more information.
