| Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) |
The plan protects you against losses resulting from a covered accident. You may select individual or family coverage up to $500,000. The plan also includes Zurich Travel Assist which provides benefits and travel services when you travel 100 miles or more from your residence. Enrollment for this plan is open anytime during employment.

The plan provides group term life insurance with initial coverage level maximums of $20,000 for yourself, $10,000 for a spouse/domestic partner, and up to $5,000 per child. There is an annual option to increase coverage without evidence of insurability up to a total maximum of $200,000 for yourself, $100,000 for a spouse/domestic partner, and up to $10,000 per child.
