  • This training is designed for those division and department HRS users that have view only access to the system. In this training, we will go over how to review person information, position information, job information, funding information and review an employee's paycheck. We will also review a few reports that you have access to in the system. There will be plenty of time to ask any HRS questions that you have during this session.

HRS Unclassified Absence Management Training
  • This training is designed for those divisional and department HRS users that have been designated as Unclassified Absence Coordinators. In this training, we will go over how to enter Unclassified leave reports into HRS. We will also go over how to audit your entry along with how to review leave balances when you receive questions from employees.
