UNIVERSITY STAFF OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO UWM AWARDSCALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will be providing four outstanding service awards to university staff, identified through a competitive nomination and review process. The employees will each be presented with a $1,500.00 award.
The Annual Fall Award Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2016.
Recognition of outstanding contributions above and beyond the call of duty; extraordinary workload over an extended period of time and/or temporarily assuming additional responsibilities.
Direct impact on and benefit to one’s respective department, division and/or the University, in general.
- All permanent and project UWM university staff employees.
- Awardees of the last three years are ineligible.
Anyone from the campus community may nominate individuals.
August 5, 2016 Nominations must be submitted to Deans/Division Heads.
August 12, 2016 Deans/Division Heads screen nominations and submit to the Director of Human Resources the names of their finalists for consideration by selection committee.
August 26, 2016 Advisory Selection Committees meet and submit final recommendation for awards.
All deadlines are by 4:30 p.m. of the date.
