    FAQ for WRS 2011 Contribution Rates

    2009 ERA Deadline is March 15, 2010
    This is a reminder that the deadline for using funds remaining in your 2009 Employee Reimbursement Account is fast approaching. Eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses must be incurred by March 15, 2010 to be reimbursed from your remaining 2009 funds.

    Claims for medical expenses using 2009 money must be submitted to FBMC via a paper claim form by April 15, 2010. Any money left in your ERA account after the April 15, 2010 deadline is forfeited. Be sure to submit your claims and enjoy the tax savings before it’s too late!

    An ERA Claim Form can be found on the ETF internet site at If you have any questions, please contact FBMC Customer Care at 1-800-342-8017, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST.
