| Leaves of Absence | Advise faculty and staff on policies and procedures for requesting a leave of absence. Provide information on impact on benefits, leave and appointment. | Provide detailed information on impact of benefits related to unpaid leaves and sabbaticals. |
Applicant Information Management System (AIMS) | Approve recruitments, interviews, hires, and ensure documents are included as required. | Review recruitment materials for compliance and reporting. Review applicant statuses. Identify missing information, advise PREP and close the recruitment. |
