Worker's Compensation is a form of insurance that is paid for in advance by an employer which entitles employees to full medical coverage and part of his/her salary for job-related injuries and illnesses. Worker's Compensation benefits can provide the urgently needed medical care, as well as needed financial support for workers and their families.
