In this flexibility training class, we will focus on improving all over flexibility and balance through Dance, Pilates, and Yogic movements. Flexibility training is a vital component of fitness that maintains joint mobility and muscle health, and relieves daily stress and tension. Please come prepared with a towel (hand size to medium), Pilates bands (or yoga straps), and a mat. Bands that work the best do not have the handles at the ends, though traditional resistance bands would be fine too (they come in varying "weights" so find one that is comfortable for you) that can be found at any department store: Target, Wal-Mart, Sports Authority, etc.)
