Cooking Classes at UWM


We are excited to announce two new cooking classes from UWM’s Restaurant Operations this fall: Crepes and Soup Foundations!

Join UWM’s Culinary Team professionals in their new class location for this small-group, hands-on learning experience. Take home new “from-scratch” skills in food preparation, and samples of your own house-made creations.

Registration for classes will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes are typically reserved only for UWM students, but opportunity has been extended to include participation for a limited number of employees as well.

To register, email your request, including the class name in the subject line of the email, to Loree Krause at krausell@uwm.edu. You will receive a follow-up email with confirmation of registration and payment details.
